Have you ever been told you're too much? Or not enough?
In ANY capacity. Perhaps you feel "too much," or "not enough." Maybe you "think too much," or are "too impulsive." Maybe you hold onto relationships that aren't good for you, or you feel melancholy and don't know why. Maybe you feel really different, and you feel disconnected.

For now, I want to talk about how we get taken out of our alignment and try to navigate through mental "shoulds" and live in judgment of ourselves instead of empowerment.
Even in the world of personal development, a lot of times a facilitator might tell you you're "thinking too much," lack self worth or in a "victim role," or indecisive. What's interesting is that there are actually drives present on your chart that cause those challenges.
You can let go of the self-judgment, babe. And put all those things in perspective SO THAT you can elevate your approach.
Well, what if ALL of those things are displayed on your chart? What if it isn't YOU that's the problem, and what if the judgment (yours and other people's) has kept you on the challenge side of your life lessons?
What would it be like to completely stop blaming and judging yourself. What if "fixing you" was OFF your plate? What if you could understand that you were literally meant to experience life that way, as themes to learn through? What if there are easier ways to approach living your life?
What if this is a nudge from your soul, that it doesn't have to be so hard.
And what if you understood how to navigate your emotions? Not suppress, not people-please, not ignore, but really live authentically in your personal truth.
Babe, your personal truth doesn't come FROM your chart - but when we are living in judgment of ourselves, when we're trying to take approaches that aren't serving us, and when we're feeling disconnected from our inner guidance - THAT is what keeps us from being in our power.
Do you feel a lot of pressure to finish tasks as soon as they're assigned? That's on your chart.
Do you doubt your worthiness? Struggle with communication, feel introverted, get projected on? It's all on your chart.
And you know what else is on your chart? YOUR STRENGTHS. What you can count on, what you can optimize, new approaches to listening to YOUR BODY, and what FEELS GOOD FOR YOU.
