I am a question-asker, a healer, and a teacher who has learned most things the hard, hardest way. I'd spent a lot of time trying to make sense of my life and my experiences. Along the way I've learned a lot about how we hold emotions in the body, the energetics of wellbeing, and the driving forces in our lives.
What I am really passionate about is offering tools that help people simplify transformation, because I've been there.
